Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, or operating outside designated geographical areas without proper authorization is also prohibited.
Breach of these terms can lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Newcastle Airport Car Hire assumes no responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the prior 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, or for fraudulent actions.
